Overall, my experience at S.K.Y. was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend stopping by to experience the culinary delights for yourself. Happy dining!

S.K.Y is amazing! I've been here 3x with different people so they can try the food here. My favorite go to dish is the lobster dumplings. It is my favorite dish at all times! The fried chicken is my 2nd favorite pick. So delicious. The braised beef was good, would be my 3rd choice.

S.K.Y. has been saved on my list of Chicago restaurants for such a long time! My sister researched the menu items beforehand and we were excited to order. We ordered a bunch of appetizers and ordered one entree to share because we thought we would be full. After seeing the size of the first appetizer which was teeny tiny, we decided to add another entree. The restaurant has an industrial vibe and our server was great! We ordered four appetizers, two entrees, and had coffee but were still hungry afterwards. We had to grab a taco afterwards. The food had interesting elements but just didn't fill us up. The one dish I would order again would be the Maine Lobster Dumplings and Crispy Seared Salmon. The Mediterranean Seabass had an interesting sauce but the greens on the bottom of the fish were not memorable. The Cornbread Madeleines portion was too small and I would skip it. We ended the night with coffee before we headed to our next stop. I'm glad I came here and maybe will find an amazing dish to try next time.

Got dinner whit great friends here wine, cocktails, lobster dumplings ,short ribs, more bites and cheesecake really goid Good company Good food Little pricy But we worth it Staff on point See you next time

We visited S.K.Y. for the first time this past weekend on a whim. We had heard great things about it but hadn't had the chance to go. First off, the location is great. Right in the heart of Pilsen. The place itself has a great vibe, when you're inside you almost forget where you are. It's cozy and not one of those places that is too dark inside where you can't read the menu. The staff is excellent - everyone made the experience that much more enjoyable. Staff prides itself on providing the best service and is very knowledgeable of the menu, so we were able to get some great recommendations. We were told that there were a few new menu items and the team was looking for feedback. Everything we got to try was magnificent. This is one of those restaurants where you order everything at once and the staff will curate the flow of the food for you. They did an amazing job and we were so thrilled with all of our dishes. We recommend that you share a bit of everything with your party. For 2 people, it was recommended that we order 6-8 items. For starters, we got the ocean trout guacamole. The guacamole itself was very impressive, but the nori chicharrón were magnificent. So crisp and airy, a great pairing for the starter. We also go the black truffle croquettes, which should be a must for anyone visiting. Very perfect bites of crispy cheese and filling. We also got the Mapo Ricotta, which was served with some flatbread. All of the starters were exquisite and there's plenty of options for everyone. For our entrees, we got the SKY fried chicken - which we heard was a must and can see why. The chicken is breaded and fried perfectly. The habanero butter and corn are the perfect compliments. We also got the braised beef short rib - which was amazing - but it comes with a spinach that's a bit spicy and has a layer of cheese crisp on top that is outstanding. This was a standout of the meal, especially because the side was unexpected. We also got the crispy potatoes which paired perfectly with the truffle dip. For dessert, we got the banana budino, which tasted like a nice banana pudding and the granola was very fresh. This place is awesome, we're already making a list of what to try next. Great food, exceptional service. You'll really enjoy your time here. We can't wait to visit again soon!

Good group event venue. The team recommended a list of dishes based on size of group and allergies. The wide and well balanced selection of dishes was a huge hit. It was impressive that they were able to make everything delicious and creative. The fried chicken is something I often think about, I have always loved fried chickens, but this took it to a whole new level, the unique texture of the breading, the fact that it was served with habanero butter!! and creamed corn!! It hit all the spots. The Foie Gras Bibimbap with mushroom bulgogi was such a good idea well executed as well. The team is easy to work with in planning. The info was slightly misleading tho, we think we had booked a private room but it was just in the public room with 2 tables shoved together, and it was a bit loud too. The week (May 2023) we came happened to be when they first rehired their staff since Covid changes and things were a bit slow and they made some mistakes with our complex orders (a huge group with many allergies). But they were pleasant and kept giving us dishes that we liked to remedy the situation. I'd definitely come back with a group, that's how you can try all the amazing stuff!

Overall I enjoyed our meal here! They had a lot of interesting dishes with Asian influences. Our server was very kind and attentive, and she gave us a lot of information on the dishes based on the food allergies/aversions that we had. The restaurant had a hip atmosphere, and it was perfect for a girls' night out. On to the food- there were definitely some standouts. We really enjoyed the truffle croquettes, dry aged steak tartare and Mediterranean sea bass. The fish was so juicy and tender. The fried chicken dish was a cool iteration of the classic chicken sandwich. The dishes are beautiful, and many of the dishes have the added experience of tableside sauce pours! We were also big fans of the pineapple lychee guava cheesecake brulee! It had great flavors and textures. Some dishes that fell flat for me included the vegetable sides. The broccoli dish was very heavy with the sauce, and the brussel sprouts were okay but a bit on the salty side. The duck dish itself was decent, but the scallion pancakes/crepes were a bit bland and sponge-y. I kind of just wanted a normal scallion pancake with it. I think S.K.Y. is worth checking out!
